Nutrition counseling: Nutrition counseling will help you make healthy food choices that will support your recovery.

Recovery Cryo: Cryo therapy is a targeted cold therapy that uses sub-zero temperatures in order to reduce inflammation, pain, and fatigue, and improve exercise capacity.

Assisted stretching: I use both traditional assisted stretching as well as PNF. Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) is a more advanced form of flexibility training, which involves both the stretching and contracting of the muscle group being targeted. PNF stretching is one of the most effective forms of stretching for improving flexibility and increasing range of motion.
I believe that a holistic approach is the best way to achieve long-term recovery.
